ITS ALL ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS - NO BUYER BROKER AGREEMENTS

At Eco Luxe, we build our reputation on our relationships which are balanced by trust, respect and service. Many of our competitors rely on pressuring our buyers into signing a "buyer broker agreement" in which the buyers are contractually obligated to use them, regardless of how well the relationship endures...often even forcing the buyers to pay the commissions of the agency. This is not our practice, from the moment of first contact through the buying process we value and build a strong, trusted and long-lasting relationship.

NO FEES - EVER!

Our firm will never charge our buyers any fees or transaction service charges. Many of our competitors charge thier buyers a service fee which sometimes reaches $500+. We work for you at our own risk and only work serve you to earn your trust, respect and relationship. Many of our customers ask how we are compensated. Our commission comes directly from the sellers proceeds and has been pre-negotiated by the listing agent once the home is on the market. The total commission that is negotiated by the listing agent is then split in a pre-determined manner and it's through this split where we earn our commission. So that means you never pay us a dime and receive concierge level buyer services.
