- Stephen was a true professional from beginning to end. He executed the sale of our house seamlessly, from his outstanding photography showcasing our home in its best light, to dealing with any and all questions from us and other realtors and interested buyers immediately. Any issues we ran into he had an immediate answer and solution to. On the day of our closing we had a last minute issue with our pool heater, that he took care of and relieved so much stress and possible delay in our closing. Selling your home is one of the most stressful events in your life and Stephen removed any and all of our stress. Not only did we use Stephens expertise in selling our home, his great knowledge and negotiation skills greatly benefited us in the purchase of our new home. - I originally reached out from California to several Real Estate Professionals to help me purchase a home in Sarasota. None of them wanted to deal with me across the country or at least didn't respond. Stephen hung in there and was extremely responsive to my excessive questions, even on weekends. He is knowledgeable, has been through new home purchases, knows the area and was super helpful. It took months for me to prepare and sell my home in California and all the while, Stephen hung in there with me. He took the time to show me around whenever I was in FL. We finally settled on an amazing new construction home, where Stephen was able to negotiate huge concessions in the form of money to spend at the design center. He even went to the design center with me and pointed out what is popular, durable, and best things to do for future resale (just in case). Above all, Stephen was nice, prompt and helpful, with great suggestions. I highly recommend Stephen Downes at Lionstone Real Estate Group.

He made it super easy even though we were on opposite coasts. He really cares about his clients. His attention to details are above and beyond. From guiding us through the legal mumbo jumbo to finding us the perfect home, Stephen is truly amazing. - By far, the realtor with the most devilishly handsome and charming brother. A++, would realtor again!All joking aside, I wouldn't have chosen my bother to find us the perfect home unless I had full confidence in his abilities. He delivered on those expectation and much more. You're in good hands if you ultimately choose to work with Steve...he may have been a major PITA as a big brother growing up, but he's one hell of a real estate agent now.
